What dialogue are we having with an audiovisual allegory of algorithms and AI? What are we trying to understand about the unknown when it so obviously reacts to our presence with an exuberant excess of color and movement, like a peacock trying to seduce us?
This interactive installation allows visitors to experience their relationship with an extravagant and attractive unknown algorithm in a playful and sensitive way. It addresses the question of our relationship with otherness and autonomous algorithms, which sometimes present themselves in a falsely seductive guise, hiding their true intentions.
The work combines computer vision algorithms with generative visual and sound algorithms to interact with the visitor.
